About the artist

Nastaran Arsalani

Nastaran Arsalani is an Iranian storyboard artist, animator, and painter based in Los Angeles, California.

Inspired by her love for storytelling and animation, which began when her dad brought home CDs of classic animated movies, she came to the United States to pursue her dream of becoming an artist. Through all the ups and downs, twists and turns of life, she’s still figuring it out, making art, and doing her best along the way.

When she’s not drawing, she enjoys playing with her dog, Kayda, spending time with her family, and making candles while making a mess.
